Don has had over 20 years of experience in both the Leasing and Banking industries. He is the founder of Jay & Jay Real Estate (Pty) Ltd. Through his real estate career, Don has been able to provide a high level of satisfaction to his clients by helping them achieve their property dreams. Don never fails to show his positive attitude and determination and these values have secured his position in the industry while earning him a reputation of being open, approachable and honest.
He is also a well-known and active member of the community. His leisure time passions include travelling and spending time with his family and many friends. Don invites you to call him at any time to discuss your real estate requirements whether they be selling, renting or buying large or small properties.
Mal believes customer service is the number one priority. He is very enthusiastic in helping customers through their property journey. His exceptional customer service skills allows him to engage with customers, by providing devoted time and attention to the customers needs. His knowledge and understanding of property, as well as his friendly nature, makes him very approachable, this allows customers to have the best experience possible.
In his spare time, Mal is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys cycling.

She has worked in the area of Finance, Banking and Community sector as well as having experience playing vital role in administration, customer service and accounting. Dhammi strives to support and assist the sales and property management team to help achieve the best results and be successful in a very fast moving working environment.
To her current role, Dhammi brings excellent knowledge from her experience of working 20 years in both finance and community sectors. With a strong passion and commitment to administration, business operations and accounting, she contributes to the smooth running and the day to day administrative, accounting and operational duties of the Jay & Jay Real Estates.
